Agent Verifier API is sold as monthly self-serve software access. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting the service owner through the channel where you purchased access.

Refunds

Because the service provides immediate digital API access after checkout, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our discretion if:

You were charged due to a clear billing error.
You could not access the API because of a service-side issue that we could not resolve.
A duplicate payment was made accidentally.

No setup fees during beta

Agent Verifier is currently self-serve. Hands-on setup or integration support is not included in the monthly subscription.

If you believe a billing issue occurred, contact the service owner through the channel where you purchased access and include the email used at checkout.
