Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These terms apply to use of Agent Verifier API, a self-serve software API for validating AI-agent outputs.
Service
Agent Verifier API provides machine-readable verification endpoints for JSON, URLs, emails, business information, claims, and generated output requirements. The service returns validation results such as safe_to_use, needs_human_review, or do_not_use.
Self-serve access
After successful checkout, customers receive an API key. The service is self-serve. Hands-on integration, custom setup, implementation support, or consulting is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Plans and usage limits
- Beta: $49/month for up to 5,000 checks/month.
- Standard: $99/month for up to 50,000 checks/month.
Usage limits may be enforced automatically. Excess usage, abuse, or high-volume activity may be limited, blocked, or require an upgraded plan.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep API keys private and secure.
- Do not publish API keys in public repositories, client-side apps, or public logs.
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not overload, reverse engineer, attack, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Review verification results before relying on them for important decisions.
No guarantee of perfect accuracy
Agent Verifier API is a software validation tool. It can reduce bad outputs, but it does not guarantee that every result is complete, accurate, safe, legal, or suitable for your specific use case. Customers remain responsible for how they use API outputs.
Availability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or misuse of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on API outputs.
